This was made with the Roland 303 Groovebox. The show was made by sending out the Drum from the Roland 303 to the other instruments in midi. I am using the Akai XR-20, BOSS DR-5, BOSSDR-202, Roland D-20 synthesizer, and Alesis QS-6 synthesizer. This week I will put out Roland 303 Groovebox Music.Everything is on the improvise tip. I have been listening to Techno for years. So when I got this Drum machine. It had some presets that was cool. So I just took some of those presets and turned them around by changing the parts of the instruments on the machine. I think this is called Minimal techno . I just treat the Drum Machines Like turntables and a mixer.
The mix or show was made by mixing the BOSS DR-202 in midi with other synthesizers. Just trying to treat this Drum machine like a turntable. And at the same time get space out. Ya dig.It is very interesting that some people forgot we Started mixing House and Techno in the 80,s Ya Dig. Peace to Detroit, Chicago, New York City. What,s happening Germany,London, Tokyo.
